Platform Administrators onboard travel agencies, configure administrative billing status, and invite agency staff. Staff can be associated with multiple agencies and switch contexts seamlessly without permission conflicts.
Traveller Creation & Program Version Locking
Agencies create traveller profiles and assign a reviewed programme version. The assignment preserves the version used for that cohort.
Interactive Scenario-Based Learning
Travellers work through configured scenarios. Formative feedback provides an explanation after every interaction.
Timed 2-Minute Certification Assessment
A high-velocity exam testing critical recall within 120 seconds. Monitored with strict exit-detection: navigating away or switching tabs prompts one warning; a second attempt results in automatic termination and failure.
Dual-Gate Deterministic Evaluation
Candidates must pass BOTH the learning module and the timed assessment. If either stage falls below passing thresholds (e.g. 80%), the round fails and retry scheduling is unlocked.
Confidential Agency Diagnostic Reports
Agencies receive structured category breakdowns, strength indicators, and completion timelines. Actual questions, stems, and correct answers remain strictly confidential on the server.
ORVANE completion record issuance
Upon successful completion, an ORVANE-issued record is generated with a public validity lookup. It is not a government credential and does not guarantee entry.
Multi-Round Lifecycle & Retry Scheduling
In case of failure, agencies schedule later rounds with custom retry intervals. Historical results remain available to authorized users.
Multi-Tenant Context Switcher
Candidate-facing assessment responses are sanitized and grading remains on the server. No absolute anti-copy guarantee is made.
