1. Acceptance and Agreement Scope

By accessing, registering with, or utilizing the ORVANE platform located at https://orvane.10cyrilc.top, including our application interfaces, administrative workspaces, training modules, and public verification endpoints, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service.

This agreement binds all individual users (including travel candidates, student travellers, and employee assignees), organizational entities (including sponsoring travel agencies, corporate employers, educational institutions, and visa consultancies), and public verifiers (including airline handling agents and border verification personnel).

If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you may not register an account, sit for any compliance assessment, or issue or verify candidate credentials through our systems.

2. Non-Governmental Advisory Status

While our study materials and scenario questions are drafted from published statutes and official immigration guidance (such as Japan ISA protocols, UKVI Appendix Visitor frameworks, and Schengen border codes), our assessments evaluate personal understanding of these regulations.

A passing score or a verified ORVANE credential certifies solely that the named candidate completed the designated learning curriculum and met the required score on our timed recall assessment. It does not confer legal immunity, visa approval, guaranteed entry, or waiver of sovereign customs checks.

4. Assessment Rules and Exam Integrity

To preserve the institutional credibility of credentials issued through ORVANE, all participants must strictly comply with our assessment integrity standards:

• Strict timed recall: Each official assessment round runs on a synchronized server-side countdown configured for the assigned programme. Once initiated, the timer cannot be paused or extended. Unanswered questions when time expires are evaluated as incorrect.
• Anti-Leakage and Question Bank Protection: Copying, transcribing, recording, screen-capturing, sharing, or publishing question stems, scenario descriptions, or answer keys is strictly forbidden. Supervising agencies receive category diagnostic percentages only and never raw question banks.
• Proctoring Guard and Focus Enforcement: The assessment client actively monitors window focus and tab changes. Navigating away from the active assessment interface triggers an immediate proctoring warning. Repeated infractions result in immediate termination of the testing session with a score of zero.
• Prohibition of Surrogate Testing: Using automated scripts, AI agents, browser extensions, or surrogate test-takers is grounds for immediate and permanent disqualification.

5. Verifiable Credential Issuance and Revocation

Upon achieving a score of 80% or higher on the official timed assessment following full completion of the preparatory learning module, ORVANE issues a verifiable digital certificate.

Each record contains an identifier and may link to a public validity lookup. It is an ORVANE-issued training-completion record, not a government credential and not a guarantee of visa approval, entry, or border acceptance.

Revocation Policy: ORVANE reserves the right to suspend, invalidate, or permanently revoke any credential if subsequent audit reveals that:

• The candidate falsified identity or passport details;
• The assessment was completed with unauthorized third-party assistance;
• The sponsoring agency failed to verify candidate eligibility or engaged in systematic exam manipulation.

Revoked credentials are treated as not valid by the public lookup. Administrative details remain private.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary rights in the ORVANE platform, including our deterministic scoring engine, scenario authoring models, question pools, user interfaces, brand assets, logos, and instructional documentation, remain the exclusive property of ORVANE and its licensors.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access training materials and view generated credentials for personal or internal business travel preparation. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, or systematically extract question banks or system code.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform, study modules, assessments, and verification mechanisms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ORVANE, its directors, employees, or technology providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes travel delays, missed flights, denied boarding, visa rejections, repatriation expenses, loss of profits, or business disruption resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our platform or credentials.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that a user or sponsoring agency has breached these Terms, violated assessment integrity rules, attempted unauthorized security probing, or engaged in abusive conduct.

Upon termination, the right to access private modules ceases immediately. Authentic credentials earned prior to termination remain subject to standard the platform's internal validity rules unless specifically revoked for cause.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operating company is registered, excluding conflict of law principles.

Parties agree to seek informal resolution of any claim or dispute by delivering written notice to support@orvane.com for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal arbitration or legal proceedings.
